The founder of the law firm, Anna Diaby-Lipka, Attorney-at-Law, has over 12 years of experience gained in prestigious international law firms: Clifford Chance, Janicka, Krużewski, Namiotkiewicz i wspólnicy sp. k. and Baker & McKenzie Krzyżowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. In the last of these, she was a senior lawyer in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practice.
Anna Diaby-Lipka represented clients in proceedings before the general courts, the Supreme Court, as well as arbitration courts (including before the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, as well as in arbitration proceedings conducted in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules). The proceedings were related to contract law, company law, acts of unfair competition, construction disputes and broadly understood commercial and civil disputes. Anna Diaby-Lipka has advised clients on mediation proceedings, negotiations before embarking on court proceedings, proceedings to secure client claims, in enforcement proceedings directly intended to satisfy claims, as well as in settlement negotiations conducted before initiating court proceedings, during and after their end.

Anna Diaby-Lipka, Attorney-at-Law, has held the role of arbitrator in arbitration competitions organized by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan. She was also an arbitrator at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot arbitration competition. This is one of the most prestigious and largest international contests for law students. Its objective is to popularize international commercial law and arbitration. In her pro bono activities, Anna Diaby-Lipka has also provided legal advice at the Academia Iuris Foundation.
The founder is a co-author of Chapter 33 – Poland in the International Arbitration Review (fifth edition) and author of the Article titled “Deprival of a party of the right to a hearing in a case by an impartial court as the grounds for overriding an arbitral award” published in the Arbitral Bulletin issued by the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce (No. 22 of January 2015); she has also been published in the “Rzeczpospolita” daily newspaper.
Anna Diaby-Lipka graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw in 2005. In that same year, she also graduated from the Centre of English and European Law, which is managed by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. Anna Diaby-Lipka completed Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw in 2006. She has been a member of the Regional Bar Association in Warsaw since 2007.
We know what tenacity, determination and the will to win are because the founder is multiple medallist in the Polish Swimming Championships. Her 25 records for the Kormoran Olsztyn City Swimming Society, of which she was a contestant, have remained unbroken for 20 years. She also won numerous medals at the Polish Academic Championships as a contestant from the Academic Sports Association of the University of Warsaw.
