Values

which lead to victory
  • Reliability

The needs of our clients are most important to us, which is why we take an individual approach to all matters entrusted to us. We avoid routine and schematic responses. We only propose the best solution after a detailed interview with the client and after a thorough examination of the documentation he presents.

  • Integrity

All cooperation must be based on mutual trust, which arises from the integrity of both parties. We are honest to ourselves, as well as to our clients. We present the available legal solutions to the client, taking into account the risks that can appear in connection with the facts of the given case. We keep him informed of progress in the case and consult every decision with him that can have a material impact on the outcome of the matter. The client decides himself on the extent to which he wants to be involved in the proceedings and about what he wants to be informed by the law firm.

  • Passion

Court proceedings are our passion and we feel best in them. We are fascinated by the number of scenarios which life can present and how they fit into the provisions of the law. We know how and like to move around the plethora of laws, which are tedious for others. We find satisfaction in translating difficult terms into a language that is comprehensible to people who do not share our passion.

How we work

namely what distinguishes us in our work with the client

The law firm primarily specializes in representing clients in court proceedings in
commercial and civil cases based on civil and commercial law.
Legal support is provided in Polish and in English.

  • 1
Ending of a dispute in settlement

Before the client files an action, our intention is to minimize costs, so we recommend the attempt to amicably settle the dispute. In order to do this, we support the client in holding negotiations with the counterparty; alternatively, we can handle them on the basis of power of attorney granted to us.

  • 2
    Transfer of information

We keep the client informed of the status of the case. We know that all litigation adversely affects the everyday lives of our clients and therefore, as far as possible, we try to end the matter in a settlement before opening court proceedings.

  • 3
    Support in court proceedings

In a situation where legal proceedings cannot be avoided (because of the failure to arrive at an understanding with the counterparty or because an action was filed against the client or for other reasons), we offer legal solutions to our clients which help minimize the resulting consequences and risks.

  • 4
    Representation in court

We prepare any pleadings that are necessary for the client’s legal defence and we represent the client in court. The client is kept informed of progress in the case, the decision and orders issued by the court, the dates of further hearings and the steps that need to be taken.

  • 5
    Consultation of the client

We do not take any steps without consulting the client. As a result, the client is able to present his position regarding the actions we recommend.
